Once you have completed the TM Course, you’ll be self-sufficient to meditate effectively at home.

Included in your TM course fee, the Follow-up Program’s services support the correctness and regularity of your practice. The services include:

  • Personal Checking of your TM practice
  • Refresher Courses – a checking of your meditation and attendance of the three sessions that follow TM instruction, with another course group.
  • Group TM Meditations at the TM Centre
“The TM Follow-up Program’s objective is to ensure that your TM practice remains effective and beneficial and is effortless and enjoyable to practice.”

These are available to you at TM Centres worldwide and without fees. Some countries do charge a nominal fee for attending Refresher Courses.

Checking of Your TM Practice

Checking your TM technique is a simple process that validates the effortlessness of your TM practice. Conducted by a Certified TM Teacher, the process ensures that your practice continues to be effortless, thereby ensuring you receive maximum benefits in your daily life.

Online Checking via Video Conference, with others.

Group TM Meditation

Meditating together with others provides a unique experience. Meditators enjoy participating either in person at the TM Centre or with others via an online video platform.
